"The only article Lady Fortuna (fate) has no control over you is your behavior".
-Nassim Nicholas Taleb.
So I say live with style and with grace, loose with dignity and win with humility. Never complain over what hits your way, just take it as a man or a woman cause we have grace and we look at mishaps in their face and say no you don't break me. It's life,it is the way it is and we take it as it is cause we're graceful.

Movie:Shutter Island,brain stimulating...very
I would give this show a 7.5/10
I cant say I love the entire show some part of it got a little bit exhausting to get through cause the film itself is quite long a little over 2hours if im not wrong. But it had enough suspense in it to kept me going, entire movie you have all these questions in your head and as it goes on the questions seems to get more and more complicated till a point where the answer is given to the question and still then you wouldnt know whether the answer given is the truth or isit just a set up for the character. (it's a psycho thriller)
Best thing about this movie has to be it's ending,it is very ambiguous or maybe just that the whole psycho aspect of it creates alot of doubt in my head even though the ending might just be it as what it's shown and said to be but I thought it was otherwise,I think there's a conspiracy in the ending (It shows how easy it is for us to take the false as fact and the truth as false, our ability to evaluate is certainly limited). It's always great to have a story where you can have your own interpretation about it instead of it telling you what it is about. It is always good to think, and it was definitely a very brain stimulating movie. You've done it again Mr.Scorsese, talking about Scorsese now I need to watch "Gangs of New York".

The Smashing Pumpkins-1979
despite the title 1979,this kind of songs certainly bring you to the 1990s alternative rock era. Atleast back then mellow rock can be of such class. The smashing pumpkins, even though I don't like the voice of the lead vocal but I've to say they sure are capable of some great tunes.
On literature and creative writing,
I think good writers inform and make points clear.
Great writers write words that make you think and imagine and have your own interpretation about it.
Maybe it is just that I've a thing against anything absolute, I like things vague, I like things ambiguous, I like things that make different people feel different, I like things that further remind us that we're all individuals and to me that is aesthetic. Even though I've to say I'm not very well educated in the field of literature, I don't even know if the field aesthetic writing exists. But it should.

Hedi Slimane photographs Coachella Music Festival 2010
Hedi Slimane one of my personal idol really, the man who revolutionized men's fashion during his time as the designer of Dior Homme.Decided to stopped designing and started photographing, even though I'd very much like him to go back to designing again I've to say his photography is just as amazing. The rather minimalistic BnW approach to photographing people with I guess not any more complicated than a point and shoot with the tone of it's monotone it gives a rather calm or rather solemn feel. And when you know you have certain emotional feeling from looking at something, that's art.

Music:Two Doors Cinema Club
there's been some good amount of hype around this band from Ireland,I see them in quite some magazines especially french ones cause theyre signed under a french label. How always the french has an ear for good electronica music I had to took a listen and it is pretty good.Gets you up and pumped for the day.
Music: This song is so beautiful,it's been haunting me the whole day.
Haunting beauty of a song, and Jeff Buckley is one of the most talented musician even though his short tragic life only allowed him to produce one album but still it lives on in people who appreciate some really good music.
R.I.P Jeff Buckley, and I thank you for all the lovely music you've produced. And I miss you.

Movie:Kick Ass! is a kick ass movie
In short, this movie kicks ass and its super awesome.
In long,
Okay I'll try to elaborate even though its unnecessary.
1st. My favourite movie of the year so far (even though im heavily anticipating Ip Man 2 and Iron Man 2
2.The movie is funny, action packed, fast paced, exciting from minute one till the very last of it.
Just imagine like Scary Movie,Kill Bill,Sin City,Watchmen put together and I do mean the good elements of those show the comedy, the serious kick ass action, the amazing cinematography and the great style of filming.A totally super entertaining movie.

beauty...
who says models need all the make up in the world to look gorgeous, that is Marloes Horst looking absolutely gorgeous without much of anything on.Natural beauty ? its everywhere. Just so stereotypical that just cause a girl puts alot of make-up on and she looks gorgeous she must look all the damn horrible without all the make-up,not true people, not true. It's an enhancement, not a face changer. Even though I have to admit not many women do look as lovely as Marloes Horst , my weird and very less popular celebrity crush. Not guilty .

Candice Swanepeol for GQ South Africa May 2010
I guess you can't really go wrong with a Victoria's Secret Model,Candice probably the best thing that happened in South Africa after Nelson Mandela...and oh the World Cup too.
I was never a big fan of her,but I have to say her face on tht cover shoot is super exotic and exotic is a very gorgeous way.I might actually prefer the current combination of Candice and Rosie Huntington Whiteley over the goldens day of Giselle Bundchen and Adriana Lima.

I've always loved Sweden, and now I love it more
"The first time the Knife got money from the Swedish Arts Council was in 2001, for their self-titled debut album. The electro-pop duo received 45,000 Swedish kronor (SEK), or about $6,327-- "pretty standard for albums back then," says lead singer Karin Dreijer Andersson. Statens Kulturråd, as the arts council is known, awarded funding for the Knife in 2006, too. That time, Andersson (who also records as Fever Ray) and brother Olof Dreijer received 80,000 SEK, or $11,248, through label Rabid as tour support for their first-- and, so far, only-- U.S. shows. "We have a long history of social democratic culture in Sweden, which I think has made this possible," Andersson explains. "
"Sweden,Norway and Canada makes it easier for bands to focus on the creative arts by providing not only universal health care, but often cold hard cash too."
article from Pitchfork.com
Isn't Sweden just like a perfect place ? What a nice Government and I've never heard of any civil problems concerning the Swedes.

I am a megalomaniac and ...
have the delusion of grandeur just like Napoleon did, only thing is,he wasn't delusional.
There is no evil
I don't think there is,we are all angels.
very misguided that's all, misguided by false sense of satisfaction. False sense of happiness, false sense of completeness, false sense of righteousness, false sense of what do we think we really want ?
What do we really know anyway? Will we ever know? Or do we already know and not knowing that we know ? ...... Life, been knowing Him our whole life but forever remain a not so familiar acquaintance.
